Crush Uncertainty. Own the Facts.
It's clearing the strip of brush, saplings and overgrowth that's taken over an existing fence line. The goal is access - being able to walk or drive the line, see the wire, and get in to fix what needs fixing. Common on quarter lines, pasture perimeters and acreage boundaries around Grande Prairie and the Peace Country.
What is fence line clearing?
1
No. The clearing happens alongside the fence, not through it. Work stays back off the wire, and anything tight against posts or braces gets handled carefully. If a section is already leaning or down before we start, we'll show you and let you decide whether to clear past it or leave it.
Will the work damage the existing fence?

Frozen ground and dry late-summer ground are the easiest, but tracked equipment spreads weight out, so soft and wet ground is often still workable when wheeled machines would rut it up. If you're planning fence repairs or new wire, clearing first means you can actually see and reach the line.
When is the best time of the year to clear a fence line?

What should i expect the fence line to look like after?

Clean and accessible. The brush gets mulched in place and left as a chip layer along the cleared strip. No burn piles sitting there through fire season, nothing to haul. The chips break down over time and help hold the ground. If you'd rather have material piled or removed, mention it when you call and we'll price it that way.
